Terms and Conditions for Interpretation Services

Welcome to Akor Languages & More LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our interpretation services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Pricing

Our interpretation services are charged at a rate of $3 per minute.
A minimum booking time of 30 minutes is required for all appointments. This results in a minimum fee of $90 for any booking.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include ACH Direct Debit, CashApp Pay, Paypal, Credit or Debit Card, Link.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
For no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

4. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

6. Liability

We strive to provide high-quality interpretation services; however, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Indiana/United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
