Our live translation service offers instant document translation. Upon ordering, you can choose a convenient time and upload the documents you need translated. You’ll then receive a meeting link. During the call, we’ll verbally translate your document, allowing time for any questions you may have. We translate up to three pages within 15 minutes. If your document exceeds three pages, please ensure to book additional time accordingly.
The calculation of pages for certified and standard translations is determined by the overall word count of the document. Each page is considered to contain 250 words or fewer, including numbers.
The standard completion time begins at 24 hours for documents of up to three pages (750 words), with expedited orders reducing this to 12 hours. Turnaround times are determined by the total page count of your order.
